<p class="has-normal-font-size">Recept na špagety aglio olio, ktoré nebudete chcieť prestať jesť! <br><br>Jednoduché, no tak dobré. Môžu byť rýchla večera. Alebo obed, ak ste zaneprázdnený, alebo sa niekam ponáhľate. <br><br>Tiež je to vynikajúce jedlo v období &#8222;pred výplatou&#8220;. Je to veľmi lacná alternatíva. Dokonca je to talianska kuchyňa! Takže, veľa muziky za naozaj málo peňazí tu platí dvojnásobne. <br><br>Najprv si však povedzme, čo aglio e olio je. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Odkiaľ sú tieto špagety?</strong></h3>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Aglio olio špagety pochádzajú z Talianska. Presnejšie z Neapolu. <br><br>Sú to špagety, ktoré sa pripravujú s olejom a cesnakom. Ja pridávam aj čierne korenie. Ak pridáte aj čili, budú to aglio olio e peperoncino. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Na čo si dávať pozor</strong> pri príprave aglio olio </h3>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Al dente </strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Cestoviny varíme do al dente konzistencie. Al dente je vlastne &#8222;na skus&#8220;. Ani tvrdé, ani príliš mäkké. <br><br>Nie každý má takto zaužívané variť cestoviny. No verím, že sa aj naše vzdelanie v oblasti varenia a pečenia posúva na inú úroveň. A preto už budeme vedieť, že cestoviny nevaríme do úplného zmäknutia. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Cesnak </strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Hovorí sa, kvalita nad kvantitu. No a platí to aj v tomto prípade. <br><br>Najlepší cesnak je taký, ktorý je čerstvý. Samozrejme. Nebol odložený v špajzi, alebo chladničke príliš dlho. Stále krásne vonia a nie je nahnednutý keď ho ošúpeme. <br><br>Pri varení by mal dosiahnúť zlatistý odtieť. Dávajte preto pozor, aby neprihorel. To by pokazilo celý chod. <br><br>Nakrájame ho na tenké plátky. Na drobno v tomto prípadne znamená naozaj tenké. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Špagety a voda </strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Špagety po uvarení do al dente precedíme. <br><br>Znamená to len, zbaviť sa čo najväčšieho množstva vody, v ktorej sme ich varili. Je to preto, že horúci olej a voda veľmi prskajú. Čiže ak tento krok zanedbáte, môže dôjsť k nepeknému úrazu. <br><br>A cestoviny tiež neoplachujeme vodou.<br></p>

<p>Parené buchty sú jeden z mojich najobľúbenejších receptov z detstva! Každé leto u babičky. Marhuľový džem. A veľmi veľa parených buchiet! <br><br>Dnes si teda pripravíme takýto nostalgický recept, ktorý stále má svoje čaro. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Parené buchty, či buchty na pare?</strong></h3>



<p>Ak mám byť úprimná, my ich voláme buchty na pare. <br><br>Snažím sa volať ich inak. Slovensky. Ako parené buchty. Avšam nejde mi to celkom. <br><br>Neviem presne, odkiaľ tento rozdiel pochádza. Tak či tak viem, že buchty nie sú úplne naše. Akoľkovek to budeme popierať.  Parené buchty sú nemecký zázrak. <br><br>Dampfnudel je pečivo z bielej múky. Podáva sa najčastejšie na sladko, ale niekedy aj na slano. <br><br>Možno ich poznáte z horských chát. Parená buchta sa často ponúka v Rakúsku či Nemecku na horách. Je sýta, výborná a zahreje. Vôbec sa im preto nečudujem.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ako na kysnuté cesto? </strong></h3>



<p>Perené buchty sú z kysnutého cesta. Novinka? Nemyslím si. <br><br>To, ak je pripravené správne dokáže úplné zázraky. Viete vôbec, koľko slovenských (či poslovenčených) receptov je z kysnutého cesta? Skúste si v duchu spočítať! Prípadne mi napíšte komentár, koľko a aké ste narátali. <br><br>Ako som už písala, kysnuté cesto je jediná možnosť ako si pripraviť buchty. Vôbec sa ho nemusíte bať. Stačí pozorne čítať inštrukcie a postupovať podľa nich. <br><br>Všetko sa vám určite krásne podarí! </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2 rady na lepšie kysnuté cesto</strong> a teda lepšie buchty</h3>



<p><br>1. <strong>Rýchloska. </strong><br>Rýchlokyska je nádoba, ktorá sa používa pri kysnutí cesta. Je to nádoba ktorej hlavou výhodou je vrchnák. Misku tam nemusíte len prekyrť kuchynskou utierkou. Pekne ju zavriete jej vekom a cesto krásne vykysne. <br>Nie je nevyhnutná. pokojne použite akúkoľvek misku, ktorú viete zakryť. Avšak, je to veľký pomocník v kuchyni! <br><br>2. <strong>Teplé miestečko. </strong><br>Cesto má kysnúť pri izbovej teplote. Tá však nemusí byť postačujúca. Náš rodinný trik, je dať misku s cestom pod perinu. Je tam väčšie teplo a cesto vykysne skôr. Ale na to si dávajte pozor! Aby ste nakoniec nespali s cestom v posteli!</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Posýpky, polevy a náplne</strong></h3>



<p>Buchty môžete naplniť a nemusíte. Je to samozrejme na vás. <br><br>Ak ich chete naplniť, odporúčam hustý džem. prípadne, môžete použiť čokoládu. Tu odporúčam skôr čokoládový krém. Aj tabuľková čokoláda môže byť voľba, ale len ak budete jesť buchty teplé. </p>



<p>Ako polevu idem na klasiku. Maslo. Ja ako v egán používam vegánske maslo. Môžete použiť aj margarín, prípadne kokosový olej. Rastlinné mlieko zmiešané s kakaom je tiež alternatíva. </p>



<p>A samotné posýpky. Tu je moja klasika, granko. Avšak domáce granko, ktoré robí môj muž. Raz vám sem s jeho dovolením napíšem recept. <br>Používa sa aj mak, či škorica, alebo práškový cukor. </p>



<p>Kombinácií je nespočetne. </p>

<p>Cuketové cestoviny ála Jamie. Kto by si nepamätal Jamieho Olivera. Pamätá si ho, však? <br><br>Ja si vždy spomeniem na tú reláciu čo chodila v telke. Chodila tuším v sobotu podvečer. Vždy varil nejaké exkluzívne recepty. A mne sa vtedy Jamie zdal, ako sused odvedľa. Taký v pohode týpek, ktorý by mohol prísť navariť aj nám. <br><br>Dodnes síce neprišiel, ale možno raz! <p>Späť k téme. <br><br>Cuketa je taká zvláštna zelenina, nie? Pár rokov dozadu som si ešte myslela že je to divná uhorka. Hahá! Chyba začiatočníka. <br><br>Cuketa je vlastne veľmi vďačná surovina. Výborne sa hodí na nespočetné množstvo pokrmov. Do cestovín, omáčok, aj do placiek. Polievka, alebo sladký koláčik. Všetko sa z cukety dá pripraviť. <br><br>Mimochodom. Môj cuketový čoko-koláčik nájdete na mojom <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.instagram.com/varenapecena.sk/" target="_blank">Instagrame</a> vo výbere. <br><br>Plná vitamínov a minerálov. A tiež plná vody. Dá sa jesť surová, aj uvarená, či upečená. <br><br>Jednoducho, ak raz vyskúšate, zamilujete si ju! A často býva veľmi lacná, lebo na Slovensku nie je úplne populárna. <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Inšpirácia vs kopírovanie </strong></h3>



<p>Tento recept je extrémne inšpirovaný. Vlastním kuchársku knihu, v ktorej sa nachádza jeden veľmi podobný recept. Niektoré suroviny sú iné. Iné chýbajú a iné su zase naviac. <br><br>Ten môj recept ja najmä vo vegan verzii. Takže podobností je veľa, odlošností ešte viac. <br><br>Je naozaj inšpirovaný a obmenený. Takže si dovolím povedať, že to nie je cez kopirák. <br><br>Upravila som si recept tak, aby bol výborný pre nás všetkých! Pevne verím, že cuketové cestoviny budú chutiť! </p>

Keď budú cestoviny uvarené, vylejeme všetku vodu  ale necháme si 2 decilitre vody, v ktorej sa cestoviny varili! </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3655-step-0-6" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Keď cuketa zmäkne, pridáme soľ a čierne korenie. A vodu z cestovín. Povaríme asi 5 minút. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3655-step-0-7" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Následne k cukete prilejeme rastlinnú smotanu a celé to zasypeme lahôdkovým droždím. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-3655-step-0-8" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Cuketu varíme ešte 10 minút a následne k cukete prisypeme cestoviny. <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Vegan omáčka na cestoviny</strong></h3>



<p>Aj kešu, aj syrová, aj vegan. No jasné, všetko sa dá! Nemyslím si, že cieľom vegánstva je tváriť sa na niečo čo to nie je. Že ideme pripraviť syrovú omáčku ale syr vlastne nepoužijeme. Cieľom nie je nikoho klamať. Aj keď si možno Európsky parlament myslí niečo iné. <br><br>Ja to vnímam úplne inak. Chcem vám dať omáčku. Omáčku na cestoviny. A chcem, aby ste vedeli ako asi bude chutiť. Jasné, že to nebude syrová omáčka, ako keď roztopíte nejaký syr! Ale ako inak vám ju opíšem, keď toto má k nej najbližšie? V celku jednoduché a taký rozruch sa kvôli tomu robí. <br><br>Tak teda vegan omáčka na cestoviny, ktorá chutí podobne ako tá syrová. Lepšie? </p>

<p>Dovolím si povedať, že vegáni používajú rôzne triky v kuchyni. A tiež z rôznych dôvodov. <br><br>Niekto si chce pripomenúť nejakú živočíšnu chuť. Niekto zase zvláda prechod na vegánstvo takto lepšie. A iní zas len objavujú nové možnosti. Všetky dôvody sú úplne okej! <br><br>Raz vám napíšem článok so všetkými trikmi! <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Lahôdkové sušené droždie</strong> ako syrová omáčka? </h3>



<p>Lahôdkové sušené droždie obsahuje neaktivované kvasnice. Teda nejdo o klasické droždie. Toto vám nikdy nevykysne. Nepoužíva sa na prípravu kysnutých dobrôd, ale pri varení. <br><br>Má syrovú chuť a je plné vynikajúcich látok! <br>Jeho nutričné hodnoty dokážu pomôcť v každom vegánskom a vegetariánskom jedálničku. NA 100g obsahuje 27g vlákniny a 47g bielkovín. A to sa už oplatí!  <br><br><br>Lahôdkové sušené droždie sa dá kúpiť v špecializovaných obchodoch, alebo tých bezobalových. Ja sa snažím nakupovať v bezobalových. No ak taký vo svojom okolí nemáte, veľmi odporúčam napríklad <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.bioland.sk/sladidla-sol-a-koreniny/lahodkove-drozdie-so-sladom-150g-country-life/?utm_source=dognet&amp;utm_medium=5f6224fd616b9&amp;utm_campaign=affiliate&amp;a_aid=5f6224fd616b9&amp;a_bid=f4c20e6f" target="_blank">toto od CountryLife</a>. LSD so sladom sú chuťovo o niečo lepšie ako tie bez. A rozdiel v cukroch je 1g cukru na 100G drždia a teda zanedbateľný. <br><br>Ako môžete vidieť, LSD stojí asi 3eurá za 150G. Avšak vydržím vám týždne! <br>Je to určite jeden z produktov, ktoré odporúčam si nakúpiť. <p class="has-normal-font-size">Dnešný recept sú cestoviny s arašidovou omáčkou na taký ázijský spôsob. Sú to nudle s omáčkou z arašidového masla. <br><br>K tomuto receptu ma inšpirovala šou, ktorú som videla na Netflixe. Celá šou je vlastne o ázijskej kuchyni. Ako je každý štát iný. Ako sa počas histórie navzájom ovplyvňovali. A aj tak tomu všetkému hovoríme ázijská kuchyňa. Asi trošku nefér od nás. Aj preto som recept nepomenovala ako ázijské cestoviny <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <br><br>Tieto cestoviny sú super ako rýchly obed. Veľmi jednoduché. <h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Ázijské chute </strong></h3>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Tu vám vysvetlím, prečo je to recept na ázijský spôsob. <br><br>Vo svete kuchyne varenia a pečenia, sú dôelžité 4 chute. <br>V svezovej kuchyni sa často nevyužívajú všetky 4. No v áziji je to absolútny základ. Bez týchto chutí recept nie je recptom. A jedlo niej e jedlom. <br><br>Presne preto, tento recept vo mne evokuje áziu. Pretože obsahuje všetko. Všetky 4 chute. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Suroviny ktoré budeme potrebovať </strong></h3>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Priznávam, je to trošku náročnejší recept na suroviny. Ak doma nevaríte veľa, asi nebudete mať všetko doma. <br><br>Jednoducho sa však suroviny dajú zohnať v ochodoch so zahraničnými potravinami. Dokonca aj v Tescu v sekcii so svetovými potravinami. Všetko by ste tam mali zohnať bez problémov. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Sriracha omáčka</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Sriracha (čítaj : siráča ) je pikantná omáčka ktorá sa používa v ázijskej kuchyni. <br><br>Vyrába sa z čili papričiek, octu, cesnaku, cukru a soli. Pre mňa je sama o sebe veľmi pikantná, no pre vás byť nemusí. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Sójová omáčka</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Sójovú omáčku poznáme na Slovensku asi všetci. Ja sa snažím používať takú, ktorá má znížený obsah soli. Často sa mi totiž stáva, že sa zabudnem a jedo posolím. A potom je to jedna slaná katastrofa. Takže vždy uprednostním tú s nižším obsahom soli. </p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Cestoviny</h4>



<p>Ideálne &#8222;cestoviny&#8220; na tento recept sú udon rezance. Pravdepodobne ich doma mať nebudete, no dajú sa zohnať. Napríklad v tom Tescu. <br>Dajú sa však použiť aj špagety. Aj tieto fotky boli robené s celozrnnými špagetami. A vôbec sa za to nehanbím. <br><br>Boli podľa mňa super a keď doma nič iné nemáte, spotrebujte čo máte <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> </p>
