<p>Vegánske acidko nie je niečo, čo počujete každý deň. <br><br>Toto vegan acidko nie je úplne na priamu konzumáciu. Je to skôr taký pomocník pri varení a pečení. <br><br>Mnoho receptov, ktoré sú vo svojej podstate vláčne, používa práve acidko. <br><br>Nakoľko je však acidko mliečny, teda nevegan výrobok, čo s tým? Odpoveď je relatívne jednoduchá. Vyrobíme si svoje vlastné acidko! </p>



<p>Vegánske acidko má mnoho výhod. Pri receptoch dostaneme rovnaký efekt ako pri klasickom acidku. Je to odskúšané. Platí to pre lievance z ovsených vločiek, aj orechovú bábovku. Na oba recepty vám samozrejme prikladám link. </p>



<p>Postup príravy je nesmierne jednoduchý. Potrebujete jeden hrček. 2 suroviny. No a 5 minút času. Suroviny zmiešate a necháte pracovať pri izbovej teplote. Následne už len použijete do receptu. Jednoduché a veľmi efektné</p>

<p>Ako uvariť tú najlepšiu, alebo aspoň obyčajnú ryžu som si hovorila doslova roky! <br>Táto je dokonalá! Sypká, voňavá, a najmä rýchlo uvarená!<br><br>Ja a ryža. Nemáme pre seba žiadne pochopenie. A napriek tomu, že by to mal byť ten najľahší recept, ryža bola pre mňa vždy problémová. <br><br>Rozvarené, alebo nedovarená. A najmä bez chuti. <br><br>Avšak, mojou úlohou ako správneho foodblogera je popasovať sa presne s tým, čo mi nejde. A keď to tak úplne nejde mne, možno sa nájde ešte niekto ďalší, komu to nejde tiež. Takže verím, že tieto moje rady ako uvariť tú najlepšiu ryžu, pomôžu! </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Premývať, či nepremývať? </strong></h3>



<p>Premývať, či nepremývač ryžu? To je otázka! <br><br>Premývajte. Do balíčkov s ryžou sa môže dostať kadečo. Smietko, alebo čokoľvek iné. <br><br>Premývať môžete v sitku pod tečúcou vodou. Sitko musí byť dostatočné husté, aby sa vám z neho ryža nevysypala. <br><br>Taktiež môžete vodu naliať priamo do hrnca, v ktorom ryžu budete variť. Rukou, alebo vareškou ryžu premyte priamo v hrnci  a vodu vylejte. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Koľko soli je dosť soli? </strong></h3>



<p>Ak ide o chuť ryže, uprednostňujem jednoduchosť. Na začiatok bude určite aj vám stačiť soľ. Soľ je predsa nad zlato. Neskôr si môžeme pripraviť aj inak ochutenú ryžu. Zvládnuť však treba najskôr jej základný recept. <br><br>Na 2 hrnčeky ryže som použila 1 čajovú lyžičku soli. Je to dosť? Mne určite bolo! <br><br>Osobne som zástancom nepresolovania. Ja milujem slané! Extrémne ľúbim všetko soliť. Preto je pre mňa niekedy veľmi ťažké odhadnúť, koľko soli je dosť soli. <br><br>Tentokrát som odhadla, že toľkoto je dosť. Hádam tú ryžu nebudete jesť suchú, ale s nejakou dobrou omáčkou. A už len preto by som si na tú soľ dala pozor. Skúste podľa receptu a ak vám to bude málo, nabudúce prisoľte. <br></p>

<p>U nás doma sa varí basmati ryža. Vždy trvdím, že uvarená vonia ako pukance. A to mám na nej hrozne rada. Krásne sypka, nelepivá. Hodí sa ku všetkým, aziou inšpirivaným jedlám. <br><br>Tento istý pomer však môžete použiť aj na obyčajnú ryžu. Guľatozrnnú a podobne. Určite bude fungovať! </p>

<p>Klasická a najmä jednoduchá príloha! <em>Domáce zemiakové hranolky</em>. Dvakrát vyprážané! Yes! <br><br>Teda, prepáčte, ak ste očakávali zdravé hranolky. Fakt ma to mrzí, ale dnes nie je váš deň. Možno nabudúce. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Zemiaky, zemiaky, zemiaky </strong></h3>



<p>Zemiaky sú na Slovensku veľmi populárne. A vždy boli. Zemiaky boli pomerne lacné. Skoro každý si ich mohol svojpomocne vypestovať. A tak máme na Slovensku nespočetné množstvo receptov zo zemiakov. <br><br>A to je super! Avšak. Nie všetky sú úplne vhodné pre nás, vegánov. K zemiakom sa totiž hodia všetky tie mliečne produkty. Ževraj. <br><br>A tak teda väčšinou ostávajú vegánom len prílohy. Zemiakové prílohy, nie hlavné jedlá. Žiadne bryndzové halušky. Len zemiakové hranolky, alebo zemiaková kaša, či opekané zemiaky. <br><br>Myslím, že hranolky už zachránili mnohých hladných vegánov. Tak ak nabudúce nebudete vedieť, do čoho zobnúť, možno záchrania aj vás. Ale tentokrát už tie domáce zemiakové hranolky! </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Aké zemiaky sú vhodné na hranolky? </strong></h3>



<p>Už ste sa nad tým niekedy zamysleli? Viete, že nie všetky zemiaky sú vhodné na všetko? <br><br>Ja som to veľmi dlho nevedela. Potom som si v obchode všimla označenie. A a B. Pôvodne som si myslela, že je to niečo ao potravinová trieda. Iný spôsob označenia kvality daného produktu. Chyba! <br><br>Je to <a href="https://www.svps.sk/potraviny/info_zemiaky_typ.asp" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">rozdelenie zemiakov podľa varných typov</a>!  O §om ste už počuli? Prikladám vám link, ak si chete prečítať viac. <br><br>Tu, to len zhrniem. </p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p><strong>Varný typ A :</strong> zemiaky pevné, lojovité, jemnej až stredne jemnej štruktúry, nerozváravé, veľmi slabo až slabo múčnaté, priemerne vlhké, vhodné na prípravu šalátov alebo ako samostatná príloha jedla.</p></blockquote>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow"><p><strong>Varný typ B :</strong> zemiaky polopevné, polomúčnaté jemnej až hrubšej štruktúry, primerane vlhké až suchšie, vhodné ako samostatná príloha jedla.</p></blockquote>



<p>Ďalej poznáme ešte varný typ C a D. Tie sú vhodné na kašu, alebo zemiakové cesto. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Dresing, omáčka&#8230;?</strong></h3>



<p>Viem, že tu sa tábor rozdelí na minimálne dva! <br><em>Kečup vs. horčica. </em></p>



<p>Ja odporúčam to, čo máte najradšej vy <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> Aby  boli všetci spokojní! <br><br>Avšak dávam vám TIP. Ak ste niekedy obľubovali Sladkokyslú omáčku z Mc D. ako ja, všetko je ok! Táto omáčka má vegan ingrediencie. Takže ja osobne som viac než zachránená! <br><br>A čo vy? Ktorá omáčka je vaša naj? </p>

<p>Nie je to klasická marmeláda! Je to cibuľová marmeláda! </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Taká, ktorá sa výborne hodí do slaných pokrmov. Hlavných jedál, aj ako príloha. Doma sme ju pre vás skúšali v burgroch, aj na pizzi. Do obch sa hodí vynikajúco. Tak prečo si o nej nepovedať viac? </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Karamelizovaná cibuľová marmeláda</strong></h3>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Dôležité je ešte povedať, že cibuľa to nie je obyčajná. Je karamelizovaná a teda extra dobrá! Možno trošku chrumkavá pre toho, kto nedá úplne pozor. Ups! Ale aspoň bude mať taký menej sladký nádych, no nie? </p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">Cibuľu môžete použiť akúkoľvek. Klasickú bielu, aj červenú. Ja som použila mix, aby som spotrebovala všetkú, čo som doma mala. A že to bol teda dobrý krok! </p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">Môj pro tip, vám poviem hneď teraz, nech naň nezabudnete. Ja som sa úprimne trošku obávala ako to celé dopadne. A najmä, či mi to neprihorí. Som tým jednak známa a jednak cukor prihorí celkom rýchlo. <br><br>Avšak, ak nenecháte cibuľu variť dosť dlho, bude to chutiť zle. Vlastne to bude chutiť ako cibuľa a cukor. A to ešte nie je hotové! Takže, moje tipy sú dva. </p>



<ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Ochutnávajte! Je to nevyhnutné pri každom varení a pečení. A pri tomto tiež.</li><li>Správna chuť. Ak máte pri ochutnávaní pocit, že jete pocukrovanú cibuľu, pokračujte vo varení. Ešte cibuľa nezkaramelizovala. Pokojne varte ďalej. </li></ol>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Aká veľká dávka?</strong></h3>



<p>Ja som cibuľovú marmeládu pripravila z 1,5 kg cibule. Cibuľovej marmelády bude však oveľa menej. Aj po pridaní cukru. Cibuľu totiž budete dusiť. </p>



<p>Ak sa vám to však stále zdá veľa, je to ok. Pokojne si pripravte menšiu dávku. Na 300g cibule potrebujeme 100g cukru. Takže si to len vynásobte. Všetko bude fungovať.</p>

<p>Viete to prečítať? Lebo napriek tomu, že som toto slovo vyslovila už X-krát, moja sestra stále nevie ako sa to číta a keď chce povedať niečo o tomto jedle, vymýšľa si talianske random slová a ja teda hádam, že ide o [fokaču].<br><br>Focaccia je teda taliansky &#8222;plochý&#8220; (cháp, na plechu pečený) chlieb, ktorý sa dá pripraviť v základnej verzii s rozmarínom a hrubozrnnou soľou a vo vyšpičkovaných verziách, s olivami, paradajkami alebo pečenou zeleninou.</p>



<p>Moja najobľúbenejšia je aktuálne klasická verzia, ešte teplá z rúry potretá ozajstným, poctivým maslom, ktorý sa krásne roztopí a je z toho sen na tanieri. Nekonečne dobré raňajky. <br><br>A vlastne, túto focacciu som začala piecť (ak si dobre pamätám) v čase keď mi mojou zábudlivosťou zomrel môj prvý kvások na kváskový chlieb a pečivo. Predpokladám, že aj táto focaccia by chútila úplne inak, keby bola z kvásku, ale to sa možno už čoskoro dozvieme <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><br><br>Tak zatiaľ, poďme na tú z droždia <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Focaccia recept </h3>



<p>Z vody, droždia a cukru pripravíme kvások, ktorý necháme odležať asi 15 minút. Následne kvások prelejeme do misky, do ktorej prisypeme zvyšné suroviny a vymiesime hladké cesto. Toto cesto preložíme do olejom vytretej misky, kde ho necháme odpočívať a zdvojnásobiť objem asi 45 minút. <br><br>Po tomto čase cesto prenesieme z misky na olejom potretý plech (áno, tento recept je o oleji <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f600.png" alt="😀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> ) kde cesto počas prenášania ponaťahujeme na tvar plechu a následne ešte podotláčame. Bruškami prstov vytvoríme v ceste jamky a posypeme morskou soľou a čerstvým rozmarínom. Cesto kysne poslednýkrát asi 30 minút.<br><br>Pečieme  pri 200 stupňoch asi 20-25 minút do zlatohneda.</p>

Cesto kysne poslednýkrát asi 30 minút.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-2064-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Pečieme  pri 200°C asi 20-25 minút do zlatohneda.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
