<p>Ako som sľúbila, tento týždeň budú na blogu oba recepty medzi ktorými ste si mohli vybrať. Tu nájdete <a href="https://varenapecena.sk/sosovicovy-dahl/">šošovičový dahl</a> a dnes to bude o ďalšom z mojich veľkých objavov a to aké dobré môžu byť mrkvové muffiny. <br><br>Článok stíham napísať len tak-tak, lebo ako pozerám na hodinky, nedeľa sa už blíži ku svojmu koncu, ale ja to ešte určite zvládnem! </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Mrkva</h3>



<p>Mrkva je zelenina, to asi všetci vieme. Zelenina, ktorú by som žiadneho sladkého receptu nedala. Ale to som hovorila pred nedávnom. Teraz by som nepoužila napríklad cuketu, ale o týždeň tu možno bude tak veľmi obúbený, cuketový chlebík (ak ste ho niekto robili a máte osvedčený recept, podeľte sa prosím, so mnou na <a href="https://www.instagram.com/varenapecena.sk/">IG</a> &#8211; dík!).  <br>Sociálne siete sú však zbraň veľmi silná a tak som neodolala všetkým tým krásnym fotkám mrkvových koláčov a rozhodla sa vyskúšať zakomponovať mrkvu do môjho sladkého pečenia. No začala som v miernejšej forme, nebudem hneď skladať celú tortu, keď ešte ani neviem, či mi to bude chutiť. Preto som vybrala niečo, čo možno nalomí aj vás, ak to budete chcieť vyskúšať. Keď sa nad tým zamyslíme, sú to vlastne jednohubky, tie muffiny, že? </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Postup </h3>



<p>v zásade podobný výrobe klasických muffinov, na ktoré ešte stále píšem recept a nie je hotový :D. Pardon.<br><br>V mieske vymiešame 3 celé vajíčka s 50g bieleho a 50g trstinového cukru. Následne pridáme 1/2 hrnčeka oleja a 1 ČL kypriaceho prášku, 1/2 ČL sódy bikarbóny, 1 ČL škorice a 1/2 ČL korenia do perníka (nie toho kypriaceho) a tiež 150g hladkej múky. <br>Keď je cesto vymiešané, pridáme na drobno nastrúhanú mrkvu aj so šťavou ktorú počas strúhania mohla pustiť. 150g tejto mrkvy už vmiešame do cesta len stierkou a máme hotovo. Košíčky na muffiny plníme do 3/4 a pečieme asi 20 minút pri 180 stupňoch. Testujeme špáratkom <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f609.png" alt="😉" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /><br><br>Ak ľúbite oriešky, odporúčam pridať na drobno nakrájané vlašské orechy, ktoré sa skvelo hodia k mrkve!</p>



<p>A to je všetko. Článok som evidentne napísať stihla, recept je naozaj jednoduchý a rýchly (čo mi dosť pomohlo), mrkvové muffiny chutia prekvapivo dobre a nie je tam tú mrkvu cítiť tak, že by ste mali pocit, že ste zajko. <br><br>Celé dobre, takže odporúčam <img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/72x72/1f642.png" alt="🙂" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> </p>

<p>Čo je v dnešnej dobe FIT?<br>Čo je v dnešnej dobe zdravé? <br><br>V tom sa nám budú názory možno odlišovať, ale verím, že táto fit tvarohová roláda bude spĺňať predstavu o &#8222;FIT&#8220; jedle nás všetkých.  </p>



<p>Všimli ste si inak, ako som vynovila stránku? Nie je to žiadna radikálna zmena, ale pridala som newsletter na ktorého odber sa môžete prihlásiť, lepšie viditeľné odkazy na sociálne siete ako napríklad tento na <a href="https://www.instagram.com/varenapecena.sk/">Instagram </a> a veľmi krátky text o mne. Ako sa vám páči táto zmena?</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Základná fit roláda</h3>



<p>Toto je príprava naozaj základného cesta na fit roládu, na ktorú budem zrejme odkazovať v iných, vynovených receptoch s novými príchuťami.<br><br>Vajcia tvoria základ cesta tej vláčnej rolády.<br>Začneme asi takou klasikou a to rozdeliť všetky vajíčka na žĺtka a bielka. <br>Žĺtka si vymiešame do penista a následne do nich pridáme kakao pre hnedú farbu a intenzívnu, kakaovú chuť. V samostatnej miske vymiešame aj bielka do bielučkej peny. Teraz do zĺtkovej zmesI postupne po lyžiciach pridávame bielka, ktoré krátkym pohybom vmiešame do žĺtok. Netreba to s tým vmiešavaním prehnať, aby sme neprišli o tú vláčnosť bielkovej peny, teda odporúčam použiť lopatku na cesto a nie mixér. </p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Pečieme</h3>



<p>Keď sú obe hmoty spojené, vylejeme si cesto na veľký plech vyložený papierom na pečenie a pečieme asi 20 minút pri 180 stupňoch. <br><br>Medzičasom si pripravíme úplne jednoduchý tvarohový krém a to vymiešaním tvarohu so sladidlom. Kto sladidlo nepotrebuje, môže vynechať, kto naopak potrebuje predsa len trošku sladšie, môže použiť trstinový cukor, alebo roztopenú bielu čokoládu ktorú vmieša do tvarohu. <br><br>Po tom, čo je roláda upečená je potrebné ju ešte teplú zrolovať. Navlhčenú kuchynskú (látkovú) utierku položíme na vrch upečenej rolády. Plech s roládou otočíme opačne a to tak, že utierka bude teraz pod roládou. Roládu rolujeme spolu s utierkou (akoby nahrádza krém ktorý dáme neskôr dovnútra). <br><br>Takto zrolovanú roládu necháme úplne vychladnúť. <br><br>Vychladenú roládu budeme plniť krémom, predtým však ešte vyberieme utierku. <br><br>Naplnenú roládu opäť zrolujeme a odložíme na nejaký čas na chladničky. <br><br>Roládu môžeme podávať tak, ako sme ju pripravili alebo s kvalitným džemom zo sezónneho ovocia, ideálne s jemne trpkou príchuťou. </p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Suroviny: </h3>



<p>6 vajec<br>10g kakaa<br>500g odtučneného tvarohu &#8211; hladký alebo hrudkovitý <br>prípadne sladidlo, biela čokoláda, trstinový cukor a džem</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Kalórie</h3>



<p>Do rolády šlo len niekoľko základných ingrediencií, ktoré môžeme považovať za fit. Z rolády budeme mať asi 6 kúskov no a táto fit tvarohová roláda má nasledovné kalorické hodnoty: <br><br>850 kalórii<br>100g proteínu<br>50g   sacharidov<br>10g   tuku<br>8 g    cukru</p>
